filvet Terms & Conditions – Rules That Govern Your Account

1 Eligibility

The filvet platform is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and gameplay.
• You are not accessing the platform in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of another person.
• You have not previously been excluded from the filvet platform or had an account terminated for breach of these terms.

filvet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Accounts found to be registered by ineligible individuals will be suspended and any funds held in the account may be withheld pending investigation.

2 Account Registration and Management

Each player may hold only one active account on filvet. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a variation of it, or using another person's identity — is a breach of these terms and may result in permanent suspension of all related accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, a valid Philippine mobile number, and a working email address. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. filvet will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your login details.

• Do not share your password with any other person.
• Log out of your session when using a shared or public device.
• Report any suspected unauthorised access to your account immediately.
• Complete KYC identity verification to unlock full withdrawal access.

filvet uses OTP (one-time password) verification for new device logins as an additional layer of account security. All sessions are protected by SSL encryption.

3 Deposits and Payment Methods

All deposits on filvet are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Supported deposit channels include GCash, Maya, and Philippine online banking and bank transfer. No currency conversion is applied — the amount you deposit in PHP is the amount credited to your account balance.

• Only deposit funds that belong to you.

4 Betting and Gaming Rules

7 Prohibited Conduct
